    Description

    Product features: Good viscosity stability and adsorption, can effectively protect the cleanliness of the product surface when attached to glass panels and acrylic panels. Our PE film has been optimized for many years and can now be applied to short-term high-temperature processes. When attached to glass, it can withstand 90 degrees for 1 hour without residue or bubbles.

    Product structure: Acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive+PE substrate

    Scope of application: TP bonding process, UV tunnel furnace, defoaming process.

    This product has a viscosity of 5g/8g/10g, a total thickness of 45-80um, and a glue layer thickness of 0.5-2um. Different performance adhesives and substrates can be selected according to the characteristics of the sticker surface, effectively ensuring easy bonding, easy tearing, and no residual glue. The tape surface is smooth and flat, with good water resistance, weather resistance, and acid and alkali resistance. Resistant to temperatures of 70-85 ℃, commonly used in glass processes and for protecting glass cover plates during shipment.
